•Gather and analyze client financial data, spread financial statements (including via third-party vendor support), calculate credit metrics, and identify risks and creditworthiness.
•Model future financial performance, including downside scenarios.
•Prepare credit underwriting documents covering credit risks, mitigants, industry concerns, market trends, and financial trends.
•Support approvals for lending commitments, amendments, waivers, and consents, including monitoring and reporting.
•Perform ongoing credit monitoring and covenant compliance tracking, maintain data integrity, and review/maintain legal documentation (e.g., credit agreements, guarantees, collateral documentation).

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 63,000 - 96,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in finance, accounting, economics and/or business (required).
•Experience in financial and/or borrower analysis (required).
•Experience preparing credit write-ups and/or capital markets analysis (preferred).
•Underwriting, banking, and/or treasury/finance/accounting experience (preferred).
•Ability to interpret financial statements and use financial ratios to evaluate credit risk and borrower financial strength.
