Job Summary

Oversee visual merchandising and commercial activities to strengthen the store’s image and performance. Partner with the commercial manager to plan daily, weekly, and seasonal actions, manage product replenishment and levels, and handle day-to-day commercial issues. Provide high customer service, support product knowledge for new arrivals, and ensure health and safety through strong housekeeping and safe work practices. Train colleagues and help drive fashion trend awareness.
