Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate recycling and wastewater/ultra-pure water processes per work instructions, ensuring targets are met throughout the shift.
  • •Troubleshoot day-to-day process and equipment problems, respond to process control alarms, and escalate process upsets to engineer and supervisor as needed.
  • •Collect, analyze, and adjust process control parameters; respond to alarms by evaluating immediate and prior trends.
  • •Perform standard tests and minor maintenance/repairs (including pump troubleshooting and replacement), and calibrate instrumentation per ISO work instructions.
  • •Handle hazardous waste safely (including spill response), provide training to production associates, and maintain accurate records and shift pass-down communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.56 - 25.96 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is required.
  • •Must meet one of: 1+ years of FS technical experience, or 1+ years in industrial/commercial operations or a technical setting, or an associates degree in a technical discipline.
  • •General understanding of wet chemical processes and chemical compatibilities.
  • •General electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge with solid hands-on mechanical aptitude.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and solve process issues and communicate effectively in English.
