Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commercial advice and contract management support across supplier and subcontractor agreements, including mandatory flow-downs.
  • •Lead and support contract negotiations, execution, variations and change management activities.
  • •Draft, review and update contracts, manage contract changes, and prepare other commercial documentation.
  • •Manage commercial risks, issues and opportunities throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • •Partner with Supply Chain, Program and operational stakeholders to achieve commercial and business objectives, including commercial reviews, governance, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian Citizen, eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (mandatory).
  • •Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline.
  • •Demonstrated experience in contract management and commercial negotiations.
  • •Strong communication and an ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how commercial functions drive business outcomes (defence industry experience highly regarded).
