•Assist train and program leadership (Train Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, System Architects) to ensure on-time delivery and SAFe artifact predictability.
•Serve as a key escalation and decision point for delivery and operational issues affecting mission-critical systems.
•Work with product and solution management to translate strategy, promote innovation across Flight/Baggage/Ramp domains, and support Americas customer escalations for operational stability.
