Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage asset inventory, datasets, and assessments as directed by the Asset Manager.
  • •Support and train others in asset information systems, particularly CONFIRM (central AIMS).
  • •Coordinate design tasks (e.g., pavement investigations and project scoping).
  • •Monitor and report on asset inspection regimes and frequencies, including conducting asset inspections as needed.
  • •Develop and contribute to asset management plans and the pavement Forward Works Program, updating condition and inventory data and liaising with related teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Asset Management awareness or at least 2 years of experience in road/civil design, data analytics, asset management, asset maintenance, asset management systems, pavement design, or related advisory roles.

  • •Driver’s License.
  • •Construction White Card (desirable).
  • •First Aid training (desirable).
