Lead global interchange compliance within Visa’s Global Interchange organization, ensuring proper interchange is paid and received across regions. Oversee monitoring, remediation, rebalances, disputes, and claims management, while building scalable analytics and reporting infrastructure. Establish KPIs, dashboards, and anomaly detection/incident management practices to support data-driven decisions and compliance outcomes. Manage and mentor a global compliance analytics team and collaborate with regional partners to address client inquiries and trends.
