Key Responsibilities

  • •Own governance cadence by standing up and running review cycles, ratifying metric and cohort definitions with stakeholders.
  • •Manage intake and prioritization by maintaining a backlog across three workstreams and tracking sprint planning, capacity, and dependencies.
  • •Identify content and approaches that are actually landing with sellers and customers and flag them as opportunities worth scaling.
  • •Publish weekly/monthly/quarterly insights reports across content performance, learner satisfaction, and business impact, including progress communications and slideware.
  • •Ensure delivery and adoption by tracking whether recommended changes to content are actually made and escalating when they are not.

Key Requirements
