Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end NGAH delivery to critical path teams by FY28 and drive adoption across 40+ stakeholder teams and organizational leaders
•Define and execute product strategy for Customer Master, Enrichment Platform, Data Platform, and Knowledge Graph to enable seamless ingestion → activation → business impact
•Partner with GTM teams to embed trusted customer data into workflows and drive measurable outcomes like targeting, segmentation, and pipeline quality
•Build, coach, and scale a PM organization with varying maturity levels, instilling ownership, accountability, and customer-centricity
•Embed AI into data quality, enrichment, deduplication, signals intelligence, and workflow automation to power Agentforce and knowledge-graph driven decisions

Key Requirements

•12–15+ years in Product Management with a proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs
•Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, GTM, Operations, and Executive stakeholders
•Strong background in customer data platforms, master data management (MDM), identity resolution, and customer hierarchy systems
•Deep familiarity with enterprise data platforms, including governance, data pipelines, data modeling, and activation
•Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations without direct authority, including at the executive level
