Key Responsibilities

•Create and cultivate deep relationships with producers, creators, venues, and key entertainment stakeholders
•Develop and deliver the market growth strategy to scale Fever’s presence in the region
•Manage commercial strategy with large partners to ensure value creation for both parties
•Organize and grow a large client base while balancing competing priorities
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth across the Netherlands and internationally

Key Requirements

•4+ years of top-tier consulting (or equivalent) and ideally additional 4+ years in relevant sectors such as corporate management, tech, sport, music, or arts
•Proven sales success in a fast-paced, quota-carrying role
•Strong business development and partnership management skills
•Self-starter mentality to work effectively in a demanding, dynamic startup environment
•Comfort working with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM preferred), plus fluency in Dutch
