Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle to assess prospect challenges, devise solutions, and strategize technical presentations.
•Deliver tailored platform demonstrations and technical presentations, including discovery and integration recommendations.
•Play a major role in closing SaaS deals in the APAC market, with opportunities to visit prospects onsite when warranted.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to a named book of customers and support broader APAC on a project basis post-sales.
•Translate customer use cases into account strategies, identify upsell/expansion opportunities, and resolve complex technical challenges involving marketing architectures.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in a technical pre-sales and/or post-sales solutions role, preferably in SaaS and/or MarTech.
•Demonstrated ability to operate across both pre-sales and post-sales motions, or strong depth in one with genuine appetite to grow into the other.
•Deep knowledge in APIs and web technologies including JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, plus Node.js, Python, and SQL.
•Experience investigating technical landscapes to provide integration recommendations and support scoping through handoff.
•Experience with LLM platforms such as Claude Code or Cursor (mobile development familiarity is a plus).
