Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers and assist the supervisor with assigning and directing employee work.
  • •Coordinate vehicle flow by communicating with supervisor/manager and maintaining log of stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Manage van and transport drivers, ensuring timely pick-up/drop-off of employees and vehicles according to schedule.
  • •Shuttle employees and auction personnel between the auction, parking lots, dealerships, customer locations, and other sites.
  • •Lead safety and daily maintenance by following safety procedures and performing routine van checks and cleaning.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, or a degree/certification above high school plus 1 year, or 5 years of related work experience.

  • •Follow all safety and health procedures and model safety behaviors.
  • •Ability to manage work volumes, staffing levels, and team execution based on operational needs.
