Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent software development projects across engineering teams, managing dependencies, milestones, and priorities.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve blockers, mitigate delivery risks, and maintain project status using tools like burndown charts, dashboards, and progress reports.
  • •Own engineering vendor lifecycle and developer tooling, serving as the primary point of contact between Engineering and partners across IT/BizApps, Security, Legal, Privacy, FP&A, and Cloud.
  • •Manage SaaS vendor onboarding and procurement workflows, including navigating agreements (MSAs, DPAs, order forms) and coordinating Privacy/Security reviews (without owning GRC execution).
  • •Run engineering financial operations by reconciling tooling invoices in Concur against contracts/POs/usage and tracking purchase orders in partnership with FP&A.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in project or program management within software development organizations.
  • •Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Working knowledge of SaaS procurement and standard vendor agreements (MSAs, DPAs, order forms), plus experience with licenses/renewals/tooling budgets.
