Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a 2–3 year application and conversion strategic roadmap and testing agenda across BC&P acquisition channels.
  • •Improve conversion performance by advancing decisioning strategies, including testing and scaling initiatives like Soft Pull Direct Apply.
  • •Optimize the application funnel throughput by running UX optimization testing and reducing application friction (e.g., removing questions, prefilling data).
  • •Lead a team of analysts and indirectly lead product and tech teams through close partnership to enable the strategy.
  • •Coordinate cross-line-of-business execution by building business requirements and sequencing delivery of business intent across multiple projects and programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,700 - 249,900 annually
