Job Summary

Deliver high-quality personal training and coaching on the gym floor, maintaining customer service and Fitness First brand standards. You’ll support members with motivation and fitness expertise, run sessions aligned to Fitness KPIs, and ensure safe, effective exercise instruction. The role also includes training and development (including MY ZONE, 6D and RISE certifications), managing KPIs and administrative tasks in club systems, and promoting Fitness First services through events and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor, uphold Fitness First etiquette/regulations, and provide fitness and motivational support to members.
•Ensure attentiveness by assisting members with exercise correction, demonstrating safe instruction, and delivering high-quality personal training programs.
•Conduct training and development activities, including completing MY ZONE/6D/RISE certifications and delivering CPD requirements (IDEA Club Connect, live courses).
•Deliver personal training and new member induction sessions in line with company standards while performing across Fitness KPIs and floor shifts.
•Manage performance administration: update training and induction sessions in the Fitness Enterprise System, handle client bookings, contracts, and monthly goal/business plan administration, and liaise with other departments.

Key Requirements

•Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
•Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
•Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
•In-depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
•Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements and maintain REPs certification with CPD points.
