Job Summary

Lead TikTok Shop’s Mass Acquisition & Incubation growth for the Collectibles category. Own long-term strategy, set direction for key initiatives, and acquire/incubate sellers and partners. Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption of livestream and shoptab, influence stakeholders through ambiguity, and solve business growth challenges. •Navigate ambiguity, adapt to frequent changes, influence stakeholders, and solve business growth challenges with cross-functional teams.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
•Experience in social commerce, content marketing, influencers, and creative categories with a strong sense of social content.
•Solid experience managing people and leading a diverse team.
