Field Service Engineer

Provide proactive and reactive service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual and unified communication equipment at customer sites across the UK and Europe. Diagnose faults, repair, test, and support implementation and operation of AV/UC and video conferencing systems. Build client relationships for service contract opportunities, coordinate with internal teams and contractors, and read schematics/blueprints while completing service tasks via the ticketing system.
