Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive high-leverage technical initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing through implementation and adoption.
  • •Act as a trusted technical advisor across engineering teams by building credibility through clear communication and expertise.
  • •Own architectural and technical decisions for cross-team initiatives, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health.
  • •Establish and evangelize engineering standards and best practices, including AI-native development patterns and agentic tooling adoption.
  • •Mentor engineers and contribute to technical interviewing, onboarding, and community-building efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).
  • •6+ years of professional experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •6+ years of experience developing applications with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Svelte).
  • •3+ years of experience architecting or leading the development of federated front-end or design systems with cross-application adoption.
  • •Experience driving technical initiatives with architectural ownership across cross-team initiatives.
