Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial control, compliance, governance, external audits, and statutory reporting obligations.
  • •Ensure accurate and complete financial records in compliance with PRC and IFRS standards, working with the Shared Service Centre.
  • •Manage statutory filing requirements (e.g., monthly financial statements, local tax filings, statistics reports, and annual SAIC reports).
  • •Establish, monitor, and enforce an effective internal controls environment and liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • •Drive process improvements and strengthen accounting/control policies, procedures, and reporting systems to support growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Qualified accountant with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • •CPA, ACCA, or a local equivalent professional certification.
  • •Strong project management skills and experience.
  • •Fluency in both English and the local language is mandatory.
