•Direct, coach, and develop store team members, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
•Create and maintain a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, reviewing performance, and addressing underperformance.
•Lead store service and sales operations by modeling the group adidas service approach and prioritizing the consumer and sales floor.
•Manage core store operations, including retail operating rhythms, deliveries, cash wrap processing, change management, and product availability.
•Own store profitability by analyzing performance data, ensuring legal/financial integrity, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Requirements

•Be 18 years of age or older.
•Have a 4-year college diploma/university degree in business, retail management, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
•Minimum 18 months of customer-focused retail experience in a sports/fashion retail environment and commercial setting.
•At least 12 months of experience managing a store.
•Strong English proficiency (ability to read, write, and communicate in English).
