Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct, coach, and develop store team members, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • •Create and maintain a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, reviewing performance, and addressing underperformance.
  • •Lead store service and sales operations by modeling the group adidas service approach and prioritizing the consumer and sales floor.
  • •Manage core store operations, including retail operating rhythms, deliveries, cash wrap processing, change management, and product availability.
  • •Own store profitability by analyzing performance data, ensuring legal/financial integrity, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
  • •Have a 4-year college diploma/university degree in business, retail management, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Minimum 18 months of customer-focused retail experience in a sports/fashion retail environment and commercial setting.
  • •At least 12 months of experience managing a store.
  • •Strong English proficiency (ability to read, write, and communicate in English).
