Job Summary

Lead multidisciplinary radar engineering efforts including radar development, functional allocation, modeling/simulation and analysis, and integration & testing of radar hardware and software. Perform flight tests and performance analysis, support requirements development and maintenance, and participate in radar system sell-off. Serve in a technical leadership role, collaborating across disciplines while developing technical briefings and applying secure U.S. government clearance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in radar development across multidisciplinary workstreams.
•Develop requirements, perform functional allocation, and support maintenance activities.
•Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis for radar systems.
•Integrate and test radar hardware and software; perform verification.
•Support flight tests, performance analysis, and radar system sell-off activities.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in radar or RF systems.
•Experience as a Systems Engineer, including requirements/design, specification development, modeling/simulation or performance analysis, and HW/SW integration and test/verification.
•Experience in a technical leadership position.
•Must be able to meet the stated U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenship requirements.
