Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish schedule management program deliverables and prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
  • •Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling; consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS.
  • •Assess critical path impacts and near-critical activities; monitor schedule deviations/variances and support corrective action approaches.
  • •Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Direct experience working within a complex matrix environment.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6.
