Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the industrial engineering team by setting goals, directing work, and evaluating performance from prototyping through full-scale production.
  • •Develop and execute strategic concepts for new manufacturing facilities and own key trades to differentiate production scale.
  • •Guide design of new production lines and work station layouts using a data-driven approach for low-rate and full-rate production.
  • •Set manufacturing improvement objectives aligned with roadmaps and drive continuous improvement to reduce cost, enhance quality, and maximize throughput.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to identify high-variation processes, imbalances, and bottlenecks; ensure safety, environmental, ergonomic, regulatory, and quality compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–7+ years of industrial engineering experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • •7+ years in industrial engineering roles, preferably in a high-growth environment.
  • •Proven track record leading teams and developing new manufacturing lines, facilities, and concepts (cradle-to-grave ownership).
  • •Experience scaling production in a manufacturing setting with strong project management and analytical problem-solving.
