Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform comprehensive financial and credit analysis for commercial real estate transactions for residential development and homebuilder clients.
  • •Underwrite new credit requests and ongoing modifications, renewals, and extensions, including preparation of detailed credit memoranda and risk rating updates.
  • •Conduct portfolio reviews and ongoing monitoring, including quarterly reviews, covenant testing/validation, and review of monthly/quarterly borrower reporting.
  • •Provide informal leadership by mentoring, coaching, onboarding support, and performing peer reviews to ensure underwriting quality and consistency.
  • •Partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams throughout the deal lifecycle and provide guidance on complex underwriting scenarios, including occasional borrower/client meetings and site inspections.
