Job Summary

Partner with local senior management to deliver business outcomes through people strategy during a fixed-term maternity leave cover. As People Business Partner, you’ll support HR priorities across compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, talent and succession planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Coach people managers, advise on employee relations aligned with local legislation, collaborate with European and global colleagues, and drive organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior management and people managers to deliver people programs, policies, and processes (e.g., performance management, talent reviews, annual compensation cycle).
•Collaborate with European and global People & Capability colleagues to solve complex HR matters.
•Drive organizational change initiatives with the business and ensure alignment with business priorities.
•Support talent attraction, hiring, and onboarding, and coach managers on employee development, career development, performance management, and succession planning.
•Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and local labour legislation.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in an HR Business Partner role in fast-paced, complex environments.
•Fluent English (verbal and written); additional local language(s) are a plus.
•Strong knowledge of local labour law and HR practices.
•Ability to manage employee relations consistently and efficiently in line with local legislation and company policies.
•Customer-focused HR support with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
