Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior management and people managers to deliver people programs, policies, and processes (e.g., performance management, talent reviews, annual compensation cycle).
  • •Collaborate with European and global People & Capability colleagues to solve complex HR matters.
  • •Drive organizational change initiatives with the business and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • •Support talent attraction, hiring, and onboarding, and coach managers on employee development, career development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and local labour legislation.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in an HR Business Partner role in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • •Fluent English (verbal and written); additional local language(s) are a plus.
  • •Strong knowledge of local labour law and HR practices.
  • •Ability to manage employee relations consistently and efficiently in line with local legislation and company policies.
  • •Customer-focused HR support with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
