Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage procurement and supply chain for large MEP owner-furnished equipment across data center projects.
  • •Administer contracts, review terms and conditions, and ensure compliance across procurement activities.
  • •Prepare and maintain project procurement plans and assist with Scope of Work documentation and single source justifications.
  • •Participate in vendor negotiations and manage RFx processes, including evaluations and pre-bid meetings.
  • •Track delivery schedules with project teams to align with milestones and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
