Job Summary

Lead end-to-end operational performance across the Local Shops ecosystem, owning vendor compliance, store fulfillment, assortment governance, and Shopper Cost (CPO) efficiency. Drive day-to-day execution across ground operations, workforce optimization, and cross-functional alignment with Logistics and Commercial teams. Build scalable processes and high-performing teams while leveraging KPIs and data tools (Excel/Sheets, dashboards) to continuously improve service quality, availability, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day execution of ground operations, including vendor performance and store operations to ensure service quality and readiness.
•Own shopper cost (CPO) efficiency through staffing, scheduling, productivity, and workload distribution initiatives that maintain service quality.
•Oversee end-to-end assortment governance, including scanning, new SKU onboarding, promo/price parity, SFTP data accuracy, and stock feed reliability.
•Ensure vendor operational performance and compliance by monitoring vendor performance, monitoring rules, compensations, fraud prevention, and compliance.
•Optimize store fulfillment workflows and coordinate operational planning for launches/campaigns with Logistics and Commercial teams.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of operations KPIs and translating data into actionable initiatives to drive continuous process improvement.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders while balancing commercial and operational priorities.
•Strong planning, workforce planning, and multitasking to execute multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
•Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience using dashboards, data visualization tools, and operational/inventory systems.
•Highly organized, proactive, results-driven with strong communication and presentation skills in rapidly changing environments.
