Oversee parts operations within the service center to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI through accurate, efficient parts inventory management. Maintain perpetual and annual inventory controls, order and stock parts (including special orders), manage transfers between service locations, generate parts estimates for customers/insurance/internal fleets, and stay current on part revision changes. Track and support KPIs like First Time Fill Rate and organize warranty returns, ensuring timely, correct parts for repairs.
