Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end distribution center operations to achieve safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
  • •Drive execution through labor planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • •Monitor KPIs, identify root causes and trends, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in a union-free environment.
  • •Partner with automation and IT teams and lead Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement and change management initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
  • •Experience leading large teams through multiple levels of leadership.
  • •Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor management, inventory control, and performance metrics.
  • •Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Manhattan Associates experience preferred.
