Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build the data platform and pipelines that feed our AI products.
  • •Determine how to store and serve the data our AI applications need, using an OLTP database, object storage, or our Snowflake data warehouse.
  • •Solve data integration problems across our many structured and unstructured sources.
  • •Partner with the software engineers building our AI products so the data platform fits what they need.
  • •Mentor other engineers and act as the technical lead for the data platform.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years as a data/analytics engineer who has designed and built data platforms
  • •Strong data engineering with SQL and Python: pipelines, data modeling, and integrating structured and unstructured data
  • •Experience evaluating, choosing, and standing up data infrastructure
  • •Advanced problem-solving and communication; ability to collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders
  • •Familiarity with AI coding agents and knowing when to use them in day-to-day work
