Key Responsibilities

  • •Help customers install, maintain, and grow AI solutions built on ArangoDB and the AI suite.
  • •Deploy, operate, and scale ArangoDB-based AI systems across AKS, EKS, OpenShift, or on-prem environments.
  • •Diagnose issues by analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and collaborating with Engineering on product defects.
  • •Build and configure deployments and help customers write queries and improve performance.
  • •Train internal and external teams, and document solutions/knowledge base materials.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Support Engineering experience.
  • •3+ years working with databases (ArangoDB, Neo4j, or similar).
  • •Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/OpenShift) and Helm.
  • •Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and on-prem environments.
  • •Ability to debug networking issues and work comfortably with Linux, SSH, jump boxes, and cluster-admin workflows.
