Job Summary

Help customers deploy, operate, and scale ArangoDB-based AI systems, whether on AKS, EKS, OpenShift, or on-prem. You’ll diagnose production issues, analyze logs, build and configure deployments, improve query performance, and guide teams through troubleshooting. This hands-on role blends database fundamentals, RAG/LLM concepts, cloud infrastructure, and scripting with strong customer communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Help customers install, maintain, and grow AI solutions built on ArangoDB and the AI suite.
•Deploy, operate, and scale ArangoDB-based AI systems across AKS, EKS, OpenShift, or on-prem environments.
•Diagnose issues by analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and collaborating with Engineering on product defects.
•Build and configure deployments and help customers write queries and improve performance.
•Train internal and external teams, and document solutions/knowledge base materials.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Support Engineering experience.
•3+ years working with databases (ArangoDB, Neo4j, or similar).
•Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/OpenShift) and Helm.
•Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and on-prem environments.
•Ability to debug networking issues and work comfortably with Linux, SSH, jump boxes, and cluster-admin workflows.
