Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on heavy equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals; order parts; diagnose issues using real-time data.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians and help with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Prior experience in field service, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
  • •High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds; safety-sensitive role includes passing a 10-panel drug screen.
