Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive transformation program strategy and cross-functional execution end-to-end with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Technology.
  • •Quickly assess existing programs and execution challenges to establish clarity, alignment, and momentum.
  • •Establish and maintain integrated program plans and governance, including milestones, risks, dependencies, operating cadences, and executive reporting.
  • •Own cross-program integration by proactively managing interdependencies and resolving blockers.
  • •Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and coach/mentor program managers.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, transformation leadership, strategy and operations, PMO leadership, or go-to-market transformation.
  • •Proven track record managing complex, enterprise-scale programs from strategy through execution across multiple business domains.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • •Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with experience working with VP and executive-level leaders.
  • •Strong ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
