Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience while completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, identifying client needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
