Drive strategy and operational execution for RippleX’s push to make the XRP Ledger the go-to blockchain for Institutional DeFi. Orchestrate DeFi and EVM sidechain initiatives, build multi-year ecosystem growth frameworks and success metrics for partner programs, and coordinate cross-functional projects for stablecoin payments, credit/capital markets, and RWA tokenization. Support partnership planning cycles, develop go-to-market plans, and establish operating rhythms and decision frameworks for leadership alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead operational orchestration of DeFi and EVM sidechain initiatives, including governance frameworks, fund deployment mechanisms, and collaboration models.
•Develop and maintain a multi-year ecosystem growth framework anchored to Utility, Liquidity and Trust.
•Define shared, measurable metrics and success criteria for external hubs and ecosystem programs (RWA grants, startup programs, hackathons, developer relations).
•Coordinate cross-functional projects to activate use cases including stablecoin payments, credit and capital markets, and RWA tokenization.
•Support partnership planning cycles and build operating rhythm by running leadership meetings and structuring decision-making frameworks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6 to 10 years of experience in strategy and operations within Web3, fintech, technology, or consulting.

•Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, with bonus experience in L1 protocols, tokenization, stablecoins, or DeFi.
•Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and project execution skills.
•Outstanding communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders; proficiency with dashboards and data tools.
