Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development efforts end-to-end—from ideation and design through implementation and scaling—ensuring robust, scalable, production-ready software.
  • •Drive analysis of complex technical issues and communicate technology choices with engineers and stakeholders to reach consensus.
  • •Act as a liaison across engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, helping maintain delivery quality and meeting security, scalability, and testability requirements.
  • •Mentor engineers and help establish effective agile engineering practices across engineering teams.
  • •Support onboarding of customers/partners, and analyze product usage and operational data to drive systemic improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •7+ years of experience developing large-scale applications.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the CNCF ecosystem, including Kubernetes and cloud-native tools.
  • •Proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages such as Go (preferred), C#, Java, C++, Python, or Rust.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Linux and CI/CD pipelines including Azure Pipelines, ArgoCD, and FluxCD.
