Key Responsibilities

•Weigh trucks entering and leaving the quarry/sand pit accurately using the truck scale indicator.
•Collect established fees for cash sales, make accurate change, and reconcile petty cash daily.
•Perform computation, reconciliation, recordkeeping, and reporting duties as assigned, including daily and monthly transaction reports.
•Enter data and generate sales tickets with speed and accuracy; download and send tickets and inventory/cash adjustments to the office.
•Provide information and direct customers professionally in person and over the phone, coordinating with the superintendent on production/inventory discrepancies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum of 1 year experience and/or training in a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
