Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform mid-to-experienced mechanical, electrical, and systems troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
  • •Conduct break-fix maintenance, including observing operations, dismantling devices, inspecting parts, repairing/replacing components, and testing performance.
  • •Use predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data.
  • •Set up and operate machining operations (e.g., portable drill press, grinder, 535 pipe threading machine) and may perform welding tasks.
  • •Follow safety policies and 5S+ standards, including performing electrical power work in accordance with MESH 8.0 LOTO procedures.

  • •Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems to analyze problems and perform repairs.
