Provide industry-leading client service in-branch and by phone, developing and expanding relationships through consultative conversations. Deliver financial solutions for consumer and small business clients by offering deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement products, meeting individual and branch sales targets. Support the team sales process and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train as needed for teller duties while following controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
