Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain compute and infrastructure systems underpinning the product surface, model inference, and evaluation suite.
  • •Collaborate closely with product engineers, researchers, and the commercial team to deliver reliable infrastructure for AI drug design platforms.
  • •Own and continuously improve 24x7 observability, alerting, and incident response to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • •Guide scalable infrastructure growth from 0-to-1 and 1-to-n, sharing best practices and adapting playbooks as the company scales.
  • •Communicate trade-offs and translate scientific requirements into engineering tasks to align with business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • •5+ years experience building production systems with proven + modern tooling, working with platform, security, and product teams.
  • •Able to see around infrastructure corners.
  • •Have had end-to-end ownership of 24x7 infrastructure observability, alerting and incident response.
  • •Have been part of 0-to-1 buildouts as well as 1-to-n scale-ups, have the scars to prove it, and bring an always-evolving playbook of best practices and philosophies with you wherever you go.
