Key Responsibilities

•Ensure personal and coworker safety and comply with federal and state environmental regulations.
•Support maintenance operations work process by executing assigned tasks according to plan and schedule.
•Provide technical expertise for trouble-shooting, configuration, and teardown/rebuilding of process analyzers; record data associated with periodic testing.
•Execute scheduled work including reviewing job scopes, obtaining parts/tools/instructions, isolating/clearing equipment, and completing work to standards.
•Maintain documentation in a computerized maintenance management system and update supervision on job progress, problems, and reliability-driven improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED with typically at least 5 years of maintenance experience with industrial process analyzers in petrochemical or refining.
•Diagnose malfunctions or failures of process analyzers and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
•Ability to read P&IDs, spec sheets, and loop sheets.
•Highly preferred working knowledge of Siemens Maxum-11 GC and related analyzer equipment such as Thermo-Electron Sola-II sulfur analyzer, Thermox oxygen analyzer, and ABB analyzers.
•Must be able to read, write, and speak English; willing to provide overtime coverage and respond to plant call-outs.
