•Perform hands-on technical tasks such as computer reimaging, configuration, software/hardware updates, and proactive system maintenance to minimize downtime and address potential issues.
•Manage the secure handling and processing of equipment, including preparing devices for required holds in compliance with federal regulations, and coordinating the destruction of non-functional or obsolete equipment.
•Demonstrate attention to detail, problem solving, and desire to provide a great customer experience.
•Act as the first point of contact for the government client and coordinate training and certification opportunities whenever applicable.
