Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Director of Business Development to streamline and standardize operations and data across customer routines to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • •Support eCom customer teams with KPI delivery and create ECM reporting, focusing on Amazon and Last Mile customers.
  • •Streamline customer execution across teams and standardize reporting; manage centralized planning inputs into sales-wide routines.
  • •Integrate eCommerce business into cross-functional routines and projects; collaborate with finance, supply chain, category management, insights, and marketing.
  • •Monitor competitor and customer trends to identify shifts impacting performance and create customer-ready materials to drive partnerships.
