Key Requirements

  • •7+ years total engineering experience.
  • •5+ years in a managerial or technical leadership role.
  • •Experience scaling engineering teams of 10–15+ people and structuring teams through growth.
  • •Strong backend and infrastructure expertise, particularly AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • •Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and availability to work onsite in San Francisco (Monday–Friday).
