Associate / Associate Director - Real Estate Fit Out

Lead cost management for prestigious commercial and corporate occupier fit-out projects valued in the £millions. You’ll set team strategy, mentor and coach talent, manage tendering and cost plans, and handle post-contract variances and change control. Partner with clients and consultants across project stages, produce monthly cost reports, support feasibility and procurement work, and drive continuous improvement to cost management processes and databases.
