Key Responsibilities

•Lead Fortune 500 client engagements and assignments to ensure successful and timely delivery of output with high quality and in accordance with client’s needs and expectations
•Manage multiple teams, perform performance appraisals and develop career progression metrics
•Understand the business problem and build the analytical solution framework leveraging advanced analytics algorithms and visualization platforms as needed
•Define standard metrics and KPIs for clients and establish processes to measure them; ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction
•Assist global sales and consulting teams and coordinate with internal capability teams in pursuing ongoing leads/RFPs from solutioning standpoint

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•20-25 years of analytics delivery experience in healthcare and life sciences, with increasing span of influence
•Minimum 15 years of analytics experience in healthcare and life sciences (payers, providers, pharma, med tech)
•BE/BTech and Masters/Bachelors in Statistics or Economics
•Proven track record leading Fortune 500 client engagements with strong business development and capability development experience
•Ability to lead business discovery sessions, map existing and desired processes, and define KPIs/NPS for clients
