•Lead a team of Customer Value Architects (CVAs) in onboarding execution and defining customer success plans.
•Partner with direct sales leaders to drive expansion through Falcon Flex adoption and build relationships with key decision makers.
•Develop competitive value propositions and ensure renewals through demonstrated value and Flex consumption progress.
•Conduct business value analyses and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) to show ROI and accelerate adoption.
•Forecast revenue and ensure timely CRM documentation while collaborating with sales and support teams.
