Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and delegate responsibilities within HR teams, ensuring progress, delivery, and accuracy of professional service standards.
  • •Provide professional HR advice and guidance across employee relations, benefits, talent development, and payroll; represent HR in management meetings.
  • •Manage recruitment, offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding/offboarding (including orientation sessions, exit interviews, and system updates).
  • •Manage talent management and compensation processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, goals setting, merit reviews, and promotions.
  • •Own implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with McDermott policies; oversee HR systems, generate HR reports, and drive process improvements while managing a team of HR Generalists/Business Partners.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in a similar or senior HR role within a project-led global organization.
  • •Experience in Oil and Gas and project-based environments (domestic and international), ideally in matrix organizations.
  • •Expertise in HR principles and continuous improvement, with effective problem-solving and creativity.
  • •Confidence and proficiency with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, trusted relationship building, discretion, and confidentiality.
