Own end-to-end solution design for strategic enterprise customer engagements, from scoping through integration go-live. Architect integrations connecting the AI platform to core banking systems and telephony/contact-center infrastructure, accounting for latency, legacy data models, and compliance. Serve as primary technical point of contact and escalation owner, deliver detailed architecture blueprints and specs, and build reusable reference architectures and runbooks to scale production integration success.
