Powerhouse Manager - Alumina Refinery

Lead safe, reliable, and efficient powerhouse operations at the Pinjarra Refinery. Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you’ll oversee multidisciplinary Operations, Mechanical Maintenance, and Electrical Maintenance teams to achieve production, safety, environmental, reliability, and cost objectives. Manage operational and capital budgets, drive asset management and best-practice processes, and lead workforce capability, succession planning, performance development, governance, and regulatory compliance.
